LABELLING
Units supplied with labels measuring 100 x 100mm.
POWDER COATING
These units are offered with a tough and durable polyester paint finish. Each unit is individually pre-treated prior to entering a purpose built gas powered curing oven for 10 minutes @180 Centigrade.
CONSTRUCTION
Manufactured using high quality mild steel in a range of 0.9mm (20swg) - 1.5mm (16swg) thickness to give a robust unit. Each unit is assembled from pre-formed steel and mig welded together for extra rigidity. Welded seams will also assist in maintaining the structural integrity under extreme conditions.
